Sometimes we could all do with someone to talk to or to give us a helping hand.
That’s why IMI provides a free and confidential EAP to all employees and their family members.
So what is it?
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) can support you with the challenges that life can bring. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – so help really is on hand whenever you need it!
What can the EAP help with?
- Personal and professional relationships – including parenting and managerial issues
- Managing life changes – including bereavement
- Finding care for children or elderly family members
- Legal concerns
- Health and wellbeing – including self-esteem, confidence, stress, sleep, pregnancy, eating well and finding a gym
…and many other topics. Just call us: we can help!
Support is available through advice, resources and counselling. If you need counselling, you will be referred to a qualified counsellor and receive up to 6 x 60-minute sessions per issue per year.
Remember – this service is completely confidential – so whatever you need support for, no one at IMI will know that you’ve used it.
