Annual Implementation Statement
Every year, the Trustee publishes an Implementation Statement for members of the defined benefit (DB) scheme known as the IMI 2014 Deferred Fund (the Fund).
This annual implementation statement:
- Explains how (and the extent to which) it has followed its engagement policy, which is outlined in the SIP.
- Describes the voting behaviour by, or on behalf of the Trustee during the Fund year.
